Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich habe ein Problem mit einem Spiel namens Fortnite. Beim Spielen dieses Spiels ist mein Prozessor „Intel Core I5 12th 12400h“ zu 100 % ausgelastet, obwohl mein separater Grafikadapter „NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop“ nur zu 30 % ausgelastet ist. Anschließend erhalte ich inkonsistente FPS, die nicht den Eigenschaften des Laptops „MSI Thin GF 63 12VF-1030“ entsprechen. Der wahrscheinliche Grund dafür ist höchstwahrscheinlich, dass der Laptop die integrierte Grafik des Prozessors nutzt, und das trotz der Tatsache dass ich in den NVIDIA-Einstellungen angegeben habe, dass Fortnite im Spiel eine separate Grafikkarte verwendet, d. h. „NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop“.

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
1. Have you checked for any recent updates or patches for Fortnite that might address performance issues with your specific hardware configuration?
2. Can you confirm that your NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop GPU drivers are up-to-date, and have you tried reinstalling them to ensure proper functionality?
3. Are there any other resource-intensive applications running in the background while playing Fortnite that could contribute to the high CPU usage?
4. Have you observed similar performance issues with other demanding games, or is it specific to Fortnite on your MSI Thin GF 63 12VF-1030 laptop?
5. Could you provide details about the specific in-game settings you are using in Fortnite, as well as any adjustments you've made in the NVIDIA control panel for Fortnite?
Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.
This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.
