Problem with HDMI screen

I am connected via HDMI to an external LG 1080p 24" screen. I understand that my laptop supports up to 3 screens because it has the Intel Arc 130v, but I can't manage to connect any screen via HDMI. I’ve tested the screen and my HDMI cables with other laptops, and they work fine, so I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the graphics card not sending a signal through the HDMI cable.

Please try using the F7 key to toggle the display mode as described on page 40. If that doesn't help, please create a Report for Intel Graphics Drivers and attach the output file here. This data will provide information about what the graphics driver sees.

It still doesn't work when pressing F7 and selecting expand screen. I’ve attached the report of my graphics.

The driver does not seem to be receiving a signal from the monitor. It is as if it is not connected. If you have already successfully tested the monitor and cable on another computer, you should consider filing a warranty claim with the retailer where you purchased the device.
