Dear all,
I encountered a problem and I hope you can help me. I have a laptop MSI Modern 15 A11MU with a processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1155G7 @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz and intel graphic card intel(R) iris(R) xe graphics with driver version 30.0.100.9864. The problem arises after a Windows update (this is the Windows update https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/december-10-2024-kb5048667-os-build-26100-2605-708755a6-d809-4a8a-8d20-53c4108590e6). After this update, I can not display my screen in a second monitor. I try to update the display driver from device manager>display adapters but it didn't work and it still with the old version 8/20/2021. Also I used the previous Windows version and the problem persist. I test my second monitor and it works very well with other laptops.
Please help me!

Hello MSI3,
Thank you for the update.
Let me gather more details about this issue.
- Have you tried updating the BIOS of your laptop?
- Can you still remember the Graphics driver when it was working before?
- Have you tried a different external monitor and cable?
- Please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kind refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:
