Problem with Half Life 2

I have a irritant situation on Half Life 2

on some mission with have the ''laser detector' , all times when i pass on it , the game will be on 2 FPS , the game makes so crazy and try to close, and if i dont exit the laser my PC will BLUE SCREEN?

PS: I run on 40 FPS. whats wrong? its an graphic problem?

PS2:I have a GMA 3100 (G31/G33 Express Chipset Family)
