Problem with drive cache and Matrix Manager

I am running Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 with Matrix Manager 8.8.0.1009 with 3 SATA drives in a RAID-5 array. I can enable the drive cache for the underlying RAID-5 array and performance greatly improves. However, after every reboot, the drive cache is again disabled and performance is terrible.

Anyone know how to convince this driver to leave the drive cache enabled?
