IS THERE A TRICK BY WHICH THE TV DETECTION IS FORCED ,WHETHER OR NOT IT RECOGNIZES A TV?
Details:
inspiron 1525 with the integrated intel graphic card ( a snapshot of it is uploaded) I bought an s-video cable to connect my notebook to my tv, so that I can display my files on tv as well. ( a snapshot of it is uploaded) when I connect my notebook to my tv, it displays nothing but a moving black and white page it's pretty clear that the signals are being transfered though. I don't know really what adjustments both in my notebook graphic card and tv are to be done in order to have the Tv displays what's in the notebook.
finally, please download this file which contains snapshots of my graphic card and my s-video cable

a lot of people have had this problem for long, if you search the forum, you will find plenty of them
at last, intel is responsible for this problem, as it's responsible for supporting it's products.
maybe putting out a software, patch or something will solve the problem, as INVIDIA has solved it, go to the following link

there's also a method, explained in the following video, try it out, didn't work for me, it might work for you.
