Problem with driver installation

So, i just bought a new laptop with an intergrated graphics card and when i try to install the drivers for it, the error in the title pops up. The explanation given here (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000088393/graphics.html) isn't really clear to me so if any of you guys could help me out, it would be much appreciated.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® UHD Graphics 605.  


  

Bear in mind that the manufacturers (Acer, HP, Dell, etc) can modify our generic drives so they can work properly with their system and are the ones in charge of building the laptop. I recommend you to check with Acer to confirm if there is any malfunction with the CPU or motherboard.


However, in order to better assist you, please try the following:  


1. Does this issue happen with the Intel and Acer drivers?

2. Is this issue recent? Were you able to update your drivers before?

3. Did you notice the issue after a BIOS or Windows update?

4. Have you checked this behavior with Acer?
