Yesterday I made a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and since then I face the issue of corrupting my windows whenever I try to install Intel HD Graphics Driver. I download it from the official website for Lenovo drivers (Lenovo Z580) and when I install it and restart my laptop windows crashes and asks me to restore it to previous point (with nothing installed because as I said I made a clean install). I figured that the problem is indeed in the Intel driver itself as I installed every other driver on my laptop. My processor is Intel Pentium B970. It is not the first time I do this process and I have never faced any problem at all. I formatted the hard drive before installing Windows 7 as I was downgrading from Windows 10 due to drivers malfunction.

You could try installing the Windows® 7 graphics driver manually, this will change Windows registry, see instructions below:

Download the zip version of the video driver:

I've used my laptop without the graphics card until now. When I tried to do the steps in the suggested thread I didn't find the Intel Graphics Card in the Device Manager so I just extracted the compressed folder and ran the setup file and everything was and still is okay. Thanks to both of you and sorry for the late answer.
