Problem with my new Graphic Card (Intel HD 4000)

Hello,

I've just bought a new computer which has the following specs:

Intel core i5 processor (i5 / 3230 M CPU @ 2.60GHz

4 GB Ram and the Intel HD 4000 as Graphic card.

Thing is , my old computer with a intel pentium processor and a worse graphic card , runs some games at 60 fps , when this one runs the same game at 10 or 20 fps...

Is there any way to fix this?
