Problem with optimizing a game

Hi, i cant optimize a game because it keeps telling me that i should open the game before at least once even though i did that a couple of times and even played for some time. How do i fix this problem? Why doesn't it see that i already opened the game as they asked me to?

1. Model and name of your processor

2. What is the tool that you are using to optimized the game? Can you take a picture of the error>=?

3. What is the name of the game? Does it happen with other games?

4. What is the version of the BIOS, operating system, and a graphics driver?

5. Are you using a laptop or a desktop computer? Provide the model of the laptop or motherboard (PC).
