al tratar de actualizar Controlador de Gráficos Intel UHD Grapics 620, tengo una notificación de que "Algo fue mal" El sistema tiene un controlador que esta bloqueando según las especificaciones del fabricante.

The error message indicates that your OEM is preventing you from updating the graphics with a generic driver. Since you have an OEM system, such as dell, acer, asus, hp, etc, it is recommended that you download the driver from their website, as it is tailored for your system. However, you can also choose to use the generic driver from the intel website. For more information and troubleshooting steps, please refer to these links:
