Boa noite!

Hello WiLL1209

You can try the following steps:

1. Make sure Windows is up to date.
2. Verify your BIOS has Resizeable BAR - ENABLED
3. Download and install the latest drivers for the GPU. Visit Intel's site and follow the page that discusses clean installs of drivers.
4. Start > Edit Power Plan > Change Advanced Power Settings > Select 'High performance [Active] in the menu > Select 'Intel Graphics Settings' in the menu below and verify 'Setting' is on Maximum Performance. (It is possible that lower watt power supplies may be limiting your card from proper performance which could cause a crash. Recommend at least 800watt or better for the card and your system as a whole).
5. Start > Game Mode settings > Verify Game Mode is ON. Then, Graphic Settings > Graphics performance preference > 'Desktop app' in the menu > Browse.
-- Locate your steam games folder on your hard drive -- Could be under (Program Files(x86) > Steam > Steamapps > common) -or- you might have a folder called 'Steam Library' directly under your hard drive.
-- In the game folder > WindowsNoEditor > (application)
-- This should place the .exe on the Graphics Setting page. (Don't be alarmed if it says 'BootstrapPackagedGame) > click 'Options' > select 'High Performance GPU

ARC Control Control panel -- (please note that changing GPU settings does run risk, however, these are very very modest changes and there is no overclocking extremes to reference) --

1. Drivers (tab) -- Verify the Current Driver version matches Intel's driver page.
2. Performance (tab) -- Perforamcne Tuning > Configure
-- Apply settings on system boot - OFF
-- GPU Performance Boost - 15
-- GPU Voltage Offset - +50 mV
-- GPU Core Power Limit - 230 W
-- Apply the changes
3. Display (tab) -- Global Display Settings > Variable Refresh Rate Mode > Fullscreen & Windowed (be sure to select your monitor at the top to apply this to.
4. Settings (cog wheel at top of app) --
-- App Preferences - Low Impact Mode (ON), Data Collection (OFF)
-- Global Game Settings - Game Compatibility (RECOMMENDED), Post Processing Sharpening Filter (ON), Sharpening Strength (20%)

Hopefully this helps clean up the problematic D3D error. Post comments below if it was successful for you.
