cuando el programa de intel (Asistente de Controlador) hizo la actualización del controlador grafico los colores de la pantalla no se ven bien y la cámara frontal como la trasera dejaron de funcionar, y la necesito mucho para las video conferencias quisiera que me pudieran ayudar con este problema que puedo hacer para solucionar este inconveniente, mi equipo es el siguiente:

Often, laptop vendors will modify the graphics drivers to include support for custom features. When you overinstall with the generic drivers from the Intel site, you wipe out these customizations and problems will occur (as you've seen). In general, with laptops, you should *not* be using the Intel Driver and Support app and you should be running *only* the graphics drivers provided by your laptop vendor.
