Problems with using Da Vinci after replacing the B580 graphics card

更换了B580显卡后使用达芬奇碰见的问题
1,软件在任何情况下都可能无故崩溃,至于是什么原因我到现在没有总结出来,但是崩溃概率还是较高
2,在更换了B580显卡后,达芬奇的总体剪辑效率和渲染效率不如RTX3060,在自行测试后发现是因为B580在处理达芬奇调色和一些特效时效率比较低,比如降噪,局部替换,特效转场等都会影响导出效率。在之前的RTX3060显卡上虽然也有影响,但是明显优于B580.
3,我是3显示器,一般使用的时候是两块屏幕做为剪辑软件的主体界面,另外一块显示器使用的是达芬奇内置的【纯净视频画面输出】这个功能来对画面进行观察,在3060上,这个功能有时候画面会一直占用显示器。但是在B580上打开这个功能会导致短暂黑屏,直到我点播放,同时在我最小化软件后也会占用显示器画面(这个应该是达芬奇软件本身的问题)。

4,其他发现的七七八八的小问题:运行腾讯旗下的《和平精英》这款游戏的时候无法开启极清模式,视频渲染时核显能跑满,独显没有全力输出(H265 AV1)。

我的配置是Z890+U7265K+64G

如果需要我进行进一步的测试,请提供工具软件和方法。

2,After replacing the B580 graphics card,Da Vinci's overall editing efficiency and rendering efficiency are not as good as RTX3060,After self-testing, it was found that it was because B580 was relatively inefficient in dealing with Da Vinci color grading and some special effects,Such as noise reduction,Local replacement,Special effects transitions, etc. will affect the export efficiency。 Although it also has an impact on the previous RTX3060 graphics card, it is significantly better than the B580.
3,I'm 3 monitors,When I use it, it's two screens as the main interface of the editing software,The other monitor uses Da Vinci's built-in [Pure Video Picture Output] function to observe the picture,On 3060,This function sometimes occupies the display all the time。 But turning this on on the B580 results in a brief black screen until I click play, and it also takes up the monitor after I minimize the software (this should be a problem with the da Vinci software itself).

4,Other small problems found:When running Tencent's "Peace Elite" game, you can't turn on the ultra-clear mode,The core graphics can run full when the video is rendered,The independent display is not fully output(H265 AV1)。

My configuration is Z890+U7265K+64G

If I need further testing, please provide the tool software and methodology.

Just to clarify, do the crashes happen under specific conditions, like during rendering or applying effects, or is it totally random? Have you tried using an older version of DaVinci to see if the issue still happens? Also, does turning off GPU acceleration improve performance? And when you say DaVinci, you mean DaVinci Resolve?

是的,我说的达芬奇是黑魔法的达芬奇剪辑软件。

崩溃是完全随机的,有时候是在剪辑时间线上的内容,有时仅仅是在预览,老版本尝试过,情况更严重。

关闭GPU加速的话。。。基本上就无法工作了,所以我并未尝试,现在的操作系统用的是windows11 专业工作站版。

对于稳定性而言,我对比的是之前的Nvidia RTX3060。

其实最令人难受的是B580对各种特效的渲染比较慢,比如在简单的做一些转场和调色的情况下,3060是不用开渲染缓存就可以流畅预览的,但是B580不可以,在遇到转场和特效的时候会卡一下。给我的感觉就好像是,之前的N卡可以迅速切换自己的工作,但是B580好像是在遇到新的任务的时候要等待一下的感觉。这种感觉不单单体现在达芬奇剪辑软件中,在其他的应用中也有这个感觉,所以会给人一种迟钝的感觉。

首先说明一下,在提交问题的时候我的显卡驱动版本是 32.0.101.6653,现在正准备更新101.6732版本,自从更换B580显卡之后我一直紧跟驱动程序更新,并积极的更新驱动程序,以求可以获得流畅的体验。

但是遍历各个驱动版本更新说明,一直都是针对游戏在进行不停的优化。这让我有点失望,我觉得Intel没有重视我们使用B580用作生产工具的消费者。

另外,我的主板BIOS和windows11的系统补丁都是最新的。前面我也提到了我的硬件配置,也是比较新的。

更新了6732后我会继续跟进这个问题。

我更新了最新的101.6734驱动,在使用达芬奇的时候会蓝屏,蓝屏可能在任何时候出现,不论是我在剪辑,调色,预览。其他软件内没有发现这个问题。

蓝屏提示是video tdr failure

达芬奇版本是19.1.4稳定版。

在使用过程中,达芬奇的流畅度有所提升,但是相比Nvida显卡还是有很大的差距。

频繁的蓝屏导致我无法正常的工作,所以我现在将驱动退回到6653版本。

希望早日解决蓝屏问题,同时解决B580在一些特效和渲染上需要等待加载和效率低下的问题。

The blue screen prompt is Video TDR Failure

The da Vinci version is the 19.1.4 stable release.

In the process of use, the smoothness of Da Vinci has improved, but there is still a big gap compared to the Nvida graphics card.

I hope to solve the blue screen problem as soon as possible, and at the same time solve the problem that the B580 needs to wait for loading and inefficiency in some special effects and rendering.

我已经顺利完成了一个小影片的剪辑,但是之前提到的渲染特效的时候加载慢和渲染慢的问题还是存在。

 

After going back to version 6653, the blue screen issue did not reappear.

I've successfully edited a small movie, but the problem of slow loading and slow rendering when rendering the effects mentioned earlier still exists.

I have this same problem, I've recently been getting a ton of Davinci Resolve crashes and Bluescreens.
It happens on multiple davinci resolve versions and intel GPU driver versions, and I think some may have crashed/bluescreened less than others, but overall there are a lot of crashes/bluescreens.

Right now im on the latest Intel Drivers, and Im getting bluescreens the most. When I play my timeline that I have removed all the pre-rendered effects on, it bluescreens almost immediately after starting to play it in order for it to re-cache the timeline. 
Other than that, sometimes the program just straight up crashes and closes OR gets fully frozen after doing a simple task such as moving some clips inside the timeline, changing values of an effect, or in general just interacting with the davinci resolve user interface in any way. I have not been able to find a pattern, it seems random.

(The bluescreen error shows VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and igdkmdnd64.sys)

I have the Asrock Intel Arc B580 12gb + ryzen 7 5700x + 32gb 3000mhz ram

  2.  Does the issue occur only while using DaVinci Resolve, or have you experienced similar behavior with other applications as well?
  3. When the system crashes, do you consistently receive a BSOD? Does the error message change with each crash?
