Q; Confused. Intel UHD 630 or AMD RX 560....

So I have a Lenovo A940 27" pc that is suppose to (and does?) have a RX 560 graphics card.  But after windows update and new drivers, Device Manager shows the card as an Intel UHD Graphics 630.  

The AMD drivers installer will not install.  Is there a connection between these two cards? Which drivers should I use? Thanks....

Lenovo has a device called the “Yoga A940 All in One Desktop,” whose online description mentions an “AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB”. However, the accompanying Product Specification Reference (PSREF) makes no mention of the Radeon graphics.

 

So I would go by what the Windows Device Manager says. Please use the drivers Lenovo provides for this device:
