Random bsod issue

Hello.

I attach my system info and my computer is keeping bsod. It was every 5 mins when I was using windows 10 .Now I am using windows 8.1 and I am facing every 2 or 3 hours to random restarting and bsod. I did check memtest and temperature . Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

Please try to run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool-64-bit- Download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool (64-bit), once is done please attach the report.

Make sure that your memory is running at the appropriate speed DDR3-1333/1600, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.5V. You can also try with the following driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25541/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40- Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40].
