Randon Pixels Error

Hi guys, my dell v14t-5470-a20 is not working properly, I use two screens for work. Without changing or installing new programs, in recent days it has problems in the appearance of random pixels, and also turning off the screen when there is exchange of low-use programs of RAM.

I realize that when I leave in the "balanced mode" it does not give these problems, but does not play videos, for example on youtube it appears with flaws, scratches and black image, but the audio works perfectly.

When I change to "maximum performance" it blinks the screen too much, pixels appear colored throughout the work area and hangs constantly.

When I disable the "Intel HD Graphics" driver it obviously leaves the second monitor offline, but the problem disappears.

Same error on charging and the batery.

I have already performed the Dell standard LCD test, when I start "D + Power" and the colors appear correctly without errors, I reinstalled Windows 10 a few minutes ago, I updated all the notebook drivers and the problem remained.

Please help me.

Hello FJorg1 Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. • Have you tried updating the system drivers provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? See reference links below. • You can also try the Intel® generic graphics drivers on the system; you might have to manually uninstall the current driver in order to install these drivers (See reference links below). Please provide me with the information and reports requested on the following link https://forums.intel.com/s/feed/0D50P0000490AGdSAM to have more details about the system and the behavior. Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005598/graphics-drivers.html In order to find the generic drivers you can refer to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ and search your Intel® Graphics controller to download the drivers. Hi Leo,

I done all those steps again today, same error.

When I disable the Intel HD Graphics, the other graphic video works ok (Nvidia Gforce 740m).

I made one video to send to you, I sorry for my poor english on then.

Hello FJorg1 Thank you for the information. Bear in mind that the Intel's drivers are generic driver for the Intel® HD graphics 4400 on your system, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) did the hybrid graphics implementation for this reason you we recommend installing OEM's graphics drivers on the system if the behavior still we recommend contacting OEM for them to debug their driver. You can try using the discrete graphics controller only on the system but you have mentioned that this is not functional for your work environment.
