Hi Ralph, could you please share the below details for further investigation:
- OS build on which you are installing the software.
- Is the installer an online or an offline package?
- Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version
- Installation Log files.
- The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs
- The default path for a log file for a Parallel Studio XE installation is: %temp%\pset_tmp_PSXE<version>_<username>
- Screenshot of an error while installing the software.
- Correct version of Intel® AI Analytics Toolkit.

I have a HP Laptop with Windows 10 OS.
Good Afternoon!
The "announcement" just shows up as a prompt to download the latest update! The "process" scans my system and then tells me to "Install All", and I click to continue the process! I have been contacted several dozen times, always with the same process! Previous updates are different this time as the "installer" does not seem to complete its installation! Something is incomplete at this latest update, as it seems lacking the complete process!
