Realtek HD Audio

A few days ago i have upgraded my graphics card from a 1050ti to arc a750. While changing cards i have used DDU but the new drivers interfered with realtek hd audio drivers for some reason. To solve the issue i have cleanly formatted the pc. Nothing changed. Tried every single driver that is compatible with my motherboard (msi b760m-p ddr4) nothing changed.  My cpu is 13100f and rebar is turned on. The audio device does not show up in device manager no matter what. Tried swapping the GPUs back but nothing has changed. I am running out of solutions. I have never had this issue before. The closest i have ever gone is using DDU to uninstall arc drivers. When I do that the device shows up in device manager but with a yellow exclamation mark. When i try to install drivers for that device manually it gives code 10 error. Anybody knows how to solve this?

Hello dorukakkus,

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities forum. We are happy to assist you.

From what we understand, you have tried swapping GPUs back to the previous 1050ti card, but the issue persists. This suggests that the issue may not be related to the Intel Arc Graphics card or its driver, as you have already eliminated all the Intel drivers using the DDU software. Therefore, I recommend that you contact the motherboard OEM for further support on this issue. They should be able to provide you with the necessary assistance.

You were actually right. Just in case anyone has this issue in the future, I have contacted MSI support. They told me to install a previous bios update and it worked.
