Hello everyone,
I recently purchased an Intel ARC B580 graphics card and have been quite satisfied with its performance. However, I’m having difficulty turning off the RGB lighting. While the lighting looks visually appealing, it becomes quite distracting when I use my system at night.
So far, I’ve only found RGB control software designed for the Intel ARC A770 model on the official Intel website. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to locate a similar tool compatible with the B580.
Could the Intel team or the community please provide guidance on how to disable the RGB lights on the B580? If such software isn’t yet available, I would like to kindly request that Intel develop and release a compatible version as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your help and support!

Hello DanDan-has-come,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
I understand how bright lights can be distracting, especially at night. I will try to help you on this issue. Before we proceed, let me check. Are you using a 3rd party or an OEM-branded Intel Arc graphics card (e.g., ASRock) or the Intel Graphics Limited Edition? Some OEM graphics cards may include RGB lighting controls.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Thank you Mike,
Actually, my graphics card manufacturer is Intel. This is my graphics card information diagram, although most of the information on it is in Chinese.
I tried to install the RGB control program that Intel had before, but that program only works on the A770 graphics card. When I was installing it, the program prompted me that I couldn't install it.
Hope you can reply as quickly as you can.

Hello DanDan-has-come,
Thank you for the update.
Thank you for your inquiry. After further review, please note that the Intel® Arc™ B580 graphics card does not include an RGB lighting controller application. The RGB lighting control app is available exclusively for the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics Limited Edition card, which features customizable RGB lighting on the back, logo, ring, and fans.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for reply.
So how can I turn off the RGB light with Intel Arc B580 graphics card don't have the RGB lighting controller application? Or Does the Intel ready to lauch some soft application about it in the feature?
Even the RGB light is so beautiful, but I still want to turn off the RGB light at night.
Best regrards.

Hello DanDan-has-come,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Currently, there is no available method or application to disable the LED logo on the Intel Arc B580 GPU. We understand that having the option to turn off the LED can be important in certain situations, and we truly appreciate your feedback on this matter.
While we recognize this concern, at this time, there is no solution or estimated timeline for implementing this feature. Please rest assured that your input is valuable, and we will keep you informed if there are any updates in the future.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
