Hi, good morning!
I'm currently using an Intel HD Graphics 610 (7th Gen), and I need to install the latest driver version 31.0.101.2135. However, my system has a pre-installed OEM driver that blocks the .exe installer provided by Intel.
Because of this, I’m requesting the .ZIP version of the driver package so I can install it manually through Device Manager.
If anyone has the official .zip or a safe alternative source, I’d really appreciate the help.
Thanks in advance!

To my knowledge, there is no zip file. However, the exe is basically a zip file. Use 7-zip to open the exe, and copy the contents to a folder. Thaat is all that needs to be done. You can point to it with device manager and update as you want.
Now, if you want, you can zip that folder and you have a zip file.

Actually, this need can be avoided altogether. All you need to do is uninstall the existing OEM driver and you will then be able to install the latest Intel driver.
Now, having said all that, I would caution you that there may be a good reason for NOT updating the pre-installed driver. It may be a custom driver that installs some additional capabilities - support for laptop display dimming, for example - and you will either lost these capabilities or put your system into an unstable state. Still, up to you how you proceed.
Hope this helps,
