1. Are you running the game through Steam, or another launcher?
2. What Intel Arc graphics driver version are you currently running?
3. Is the issue isolated to Resident Evil Requiem?
4. Have you tested older games to see if it's specifically new releases having issues?
5. Do you experience the issue right after launching the game or during specific scenes/scenarios?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I am seeing the same things on my claw a1m ultra 7 155h
Running with Steam, latest 25h2 windows (version 26200.7922)
Graphics driver 32.0.101.8531
Issue only happens with this game, It seems to be extremely optimized on everything else besides these GPUs. Every other game can be made a lot more playable than this, Im getting extremely bad stuttering even at 720p and lowest settings possible.
The intense stuttering and bad performance happens during the very first cutscene, and the first playable area. RE 4 Remake in comparisson works perfectly with no fiddling required. This game, even with the drivers that are meant to fix 40% performance, does not seem to fix any performance at all.

Eu acho uma vergonha e falta de respeito por parte da Intel não ter resolvido esse problema que já tem quase 2 meses. Eu também com prei Resident Evil Requiem no lancemanto para jogar no MSI Claw 5 utra e até hoje não consigo jogar nada. As respostas no suporte sempre esssas generica.
