Responding to my fist post

Hi! 

I am sorry that I don't know how to use your reply system! When I clicked the reply button, the website just appeared a line of orange words said the system has changed need login or blabla. I think the only way to keep in touch with you is to create another post!

Based on the SSU report, we noticed you have the 31.0.101.4125 graphics driver installed on your unit. We would like to recommend you perform a clean driver installation for our latest production driver, 31.0.101.4146. It is important to mention that BETA releases are for targeted testing. For the most stable experience, please use the fully validated production releases here that include the full measure of qualified fixes and features.

 

Also, your Operating System build is 22000. This is not the latest build available. Please, install all the necessary Windows Updates on your system and update to the 22621 version.
