Buongiorno a tutti,
ho da qualche tempo un problema sul mio notebook Acer Nitro 515-55. All'accensione sullo schermo appaiono sulla parte bassa delle righe nere lampeggianti e fisse che si alzano e abbassano. Dopo circa 5 minuti queste spariscono. Ho notato che cambiando la frequenza da 144hz a 60hz spariscono subito. Quindi mi sento di dire che il problema capita solo a 144 hz.
Riporto in allegato il report generato dal pannello di controllo Intel.
Ho già provato ad eseguire un'installazione pulita dei driver grafici Intel ma il problema rimane.
Non posso nemmeno fare uno screenshot perchè le righe non compaiono in esso.

Considering that the symptoms go away after a while, this may be a hardware issue. Further, it may be a harbinger of an imminent failure. Components that take some time to start working properly are typically doing so because they have heated up. It is worth discussing this possibility with Acer. My recommendation would be to send in the laptop and let them test - and possible replace - the display.
Now, in the meantime, using a lower refresh frequency may not be eliminating the problem; just hiding a symptom. To find out, with it configured to operate at this lower frequency, shutdown the laptop and let it sit and cool off for a few hours. Then, power up and see whether the problem repeats. You'll need to watch carefully as the symptoms may not be as apparent.

Hi Scott, yesterday i withdraw my notebook from Acer's assistance. They replaced the lcd and lcd's cable and now it's everything fine. 😃😃
