So we can better assist you with this, please provide the following information:
1. Please provide a screenshot of the Power Plan Settings:
- Open Settings.
- Go to System - Power & sleep.
- On the right, click on the link Additional power settings.
- Select Balanced (recommended) and go to Change Plan Settings
- Go to Change advanced power settings and click Intel(R) Graphics Settings -> Intel(R) Graphics Power Plan.
2. Is this behavior only happening when the charger is connected or also when it is disconnected?
3. Have you tried connecting an external monitor/TV and see if the issue persist?
4. Did your system work before? If yes, did you make any changes before the issue started?
