SMBus Controller issue - resource conflict!

I've discovered there's a resource conflict issue being reported through the Windows (Vista SP1 x64) Device Manager.

The message is I/O Range 0400 - 041F used by: Motherboard resources.

I'm using an ASUS P5W DH Deluxe motherboard with the Intel 975X chipset.

Does anyone know how to resolve this conflict?

P.S. I've used a linux live CD and I have no hardware issues.
