Hi guys,
I have a strange problem with the screen brightness of my laptop. Every time I manually turn off the screen (Fn+F2), I close the lid (I use the "do nothing" on lid close) or it turn off alone when the "turn off display" timeout is reached, when I wake up the screen (by mouse, by keyboard, no difference) the screen is at maximum brightness (very few times at minimum instead). The cursor of the brightness intensity (in windows right panel) is not changed, and always show (correctly) the previous level. It's something like at screen wake up, the screen ignores the brightness level and it goes at maximum level. When I change brightness level, all returns normal

sumbatino, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In reference to this scenario, we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform.
I looked on Clevo's web site and I was not able to find the "PC50 " model, are you sure that is the correct model of the computer?
Also, for this kind of situations, we recommend to do a BIOS update to the latest version available by Clevo, so please get in contact directly with them to make sure the latest Graphics driver version provided by them is installed and also to gather the instructions on how to do a BIOS update to the latest version:
https://clevo-computer.com/en/support-drivers/
If the problem persists, please provide the SSU report and the Intel® graphics report:

Any questions, please let me know.
