Screen randomly twitching black

I have been having an issue with recording and the screen overall, the screen starts twitching black randomly and sometimes when im watching a video on youtube the screen goes completely black the only way to solve it is by closing the video or minimize the tabs wich is hard since i cant even see the screen. The issue starts to appear some time after i do recording with some programs, ive tried a clean install, reinstalling the os, changing recording programs but the issue appears to insist

Hi!

The issue would happen after i tried recording something, if i started recording something the issue would happen but even after closing the recording program it would still persist until i restarted my pc. It might be an issue with the recording program because it wouldn't happen if i didnt use it first.

May I know the application you are using to record? as this might be a known issue on the application.

And to confirm, the issue only happens on this recording app and YouTube? How about with offline videos? Does the issue also occur there?

Hi!

The program i was using to record was OBS Studio, it seems as the issue does not occur only with obs though, a few days ago i was playing a game and the issue occured randomly again, it might have to do with some programs causing this. I appreciate you answering

this issue and helping me solve it but im going to close it since im going to stop using those programs (for personal reasons, not because of this). Thank you so much for trying to help me, and im so sorry for wasting your time.
