Hello Intel,
With a brand new mini PC with Intel(R) Celeron(R) N5105 and Intel(R) UHD Graphics (see attached SSU) with the last Intel drivers I have the following issues:
- Screens freeze for one or 2 seconds, then go black and reset in 1 or 2 seconds. This issue exists with 1, 2 or 3 monitors. If I disable the device Intel(R) UHD Graphics driver, the system works like a charm (but I don't have multiple monitor for sure).
- Windows report an hardware error each time:

The logs shows this issue seems a bug within the driver igdkmdn64.sys
I have this issue about 300 times a day, so a freeze every few minutes. I tried to install/Uninstalll the drivers several times using Intel driver support assistant, without any change.
Each time the screen freeze, we can see a spike in GPU 3D:
We don't use any special app, just Chrome, Edge and Windows apps (as the computer is new). The spike (and freeze) can happen at any time, even without using actively the computer.
I have deactivated Hardware acceleration in both Chrome and Edge without any success.
Almost a week I try to solve this issue, your help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Walter

The symptoms you are describing are consistent with the typical temporary monitor disconnection issues. Is this happening with a specific monitor or with all three monitors? Is it happening at multiple monitors simultaneously (I am referring to the reset cycle, not the short hang)? In a lot of cases, these issues has been traced to poor quality HDMI cables, but this is less likely with only 1080p monitors. Another possibility is down-rev. firmware for any LSPcon ICs (which are used to convert from DisplayPort to HDMI), but I am unsure that Beelink even uses these kinds of ICs in their designs.
In general, the guidance I can provide is to check whether there are any BIOS or other firmware updates available for your Beelink PC and install these updates. It appears that you are currently using the latest drivers for your processor's Intel UHD Graphics engine. You can also try using better quality HDMI cables (IMHO, cables that come with monitors are typically crap and should be discarded).
Hope this helps,
...S

Dear Scott,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and guidance in helping me resolve my monitors disconnection issue. With your suggestion, I bought three 4K HDMI cables, and I am happy to report that it solved the problem!
I truly appreciate your assistance and for pointing me in the right direction. Thank you again for your help.
Wishing you a great weekend ahead!
