Second monitor randomly dropping off

Hello: I am using a HP Windows 10 pro laptop for Audio Visual during my church service. I have a dual monitor configuration with the second monitor being a data projector that is connected via HDMI. I have to add the second monitor via detection through Intel graphics (display). The problem is that the second monitor configuration drops out 2-3 times in an hour. I get a quick, minor distortion in the image on the laptop's screen when it happens. I have to go back to the graphics settings and re-discover then add the 2nd monitor to get it to work. Any ideas on the cause of the second monitor falling off? Thanks.

Hi NormM,

I understand you are trying to connect the second monitor but the connection drops several times an hour. I am sorry to hear that, let me help you on this matter.

I would like to know more information about your hardware and drivers configuration. Please run the following utility and attach the results.
