Hola.
Saludos.

Hello, @Berenice_095
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I will do my best to assist you here.
Please be informed that Intel Communities support is only provided in English. I have used a web translation tool to translate this response hence, there may be some inaccurate translation.
What is the model of your laptop? If you have a Desktop PC, please provide the motherboard model.
I noticed that you have a really old driver, please update it to the latest version (31.0.101.2125).
Best regards,
Jocelyn M.

Hi jocelyn_intel.
Sorry, I didn't know that Intel Communities support is only provided in English.
I have a laptop Lenovo Ideapad 330S-15IKB.
And I have its Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz processor.
And about the driverI have, I don't know how I could update it, it doesn't seem like I have to do it and there are no updates available beyond 2020.
Greetings.

Hello, @Berenice_095
No worries, thank you for your reply.
It sounds like you are updating it by pressing the "Update driver" button in the Device Manager, this won't do it to the latest version.
Here you can find the instructions to update/install an Intel driver: How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11*. Please use the second method (Manual), here is the latest Intel generic version (31.0.101.2125) for your graphics card.
If it doesn't work, please try your System Manufacturer's driver. Since this is a driver from another manufacturer, is out of our scope how to install it. If you need help installing it, please contact your System Manufacturer.

Hi, Jocelyn_Intel
Thanks for your help!
I used Intel® Driver and Support Assistant to automatically detect and install the driver and everything was fixed.
Greetings!
