I'm using an Intel Arc B580 GPU and experiencing very low GPU utilization in CapCut Desktop — typically around 15–20% — even though hardware acceleration is enabled. Instead, the CPU becomes heavily loaded, causing choppy video playback, especially when applying color correction.
Even minor color adjustments result in severe lag. All settings and configurations have been checked and are correct. This issue did not occur with my previous GPUs (RX580 and RTX 3060).
System specs:
GPU: Intel Arc B580
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 32 GB
OS: Windows 11
Resizable BAR is enabled, the latest drivers (October 22) are installed, and the system is running a clean Windows setup with a 750W PSU. CapCut performs normally on other graphics cards.
GPU acceleration works properly in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, so this seems to be an issue specific to CapCut. It would be great if future Intel Arc driver updates could improve compatibility and performance with CapCut.
