Guys, I saw in one of the post recently that Intel made a latest version of driver for HD3000.
I wonder how good is it now, is there any improvement?

Where is the new driver for the HD 3000.
When I search the Download Centre I cannot find them (not any from this year anyway). I go Laptop Graphics - Processor Graphics.

It's just on downloads under graphics->processor graphics->2nd generation... Select windows 7 64-bit and.. and...
It's not there anymore.
It just downloaded this a few days ago and it's not there anymore. Maybe they pulled another new update. I have 8.15.10.2622 (15.22.54.64.2622) released on January 20th that I only downloaded 2 days ago but it's gone now.
It's still available if you search for Intel for http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20843&lang=eng&wapkw=8.15.10.2622 8.15.10.2622 but I don't see any explanation for it being withdrawn so you might not want it.

I guess they might have some minor updates to do?
How are they running? I am using .2509 still.

I think perhaps Flash and Silverlight might stutter a little less when streaming video with hardware acceleration enabled. I don't really use my mini for gaming, just media, work, etc. I haven't noticed any big changes. I run with an i5-2305S (65W) cpu at 2560x1600 on a displayport.

I saw a huge improvement in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. Previoulsy the game is laggy when I set the graphics to normal in1280x800,I can only play well on low settings. now its running smoothly on normal setting. Thanks Intel,

New drivers for the Ivy Bridge CPU and HD 2500 or HD 4000 graphics should be coming out soon as well. 🙂 They're already being distributed and will supposedly go on sale in April. Basically it'll be an i-series processor 22nm die shrink.
