Simple Question on Chipsets

Got a new game that won't run and it requires -- Intel HD Graphics 2000 or higher

I was installing it on a laptop (older toshiba) running the Intel® 4 Series Chipset.

Is this my problem? the Series 4 is not higher than the HD Graphics 2000

The game needs at least a modern i5 CPU or equivalent graphics card.
