Hello Sean2025,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
I appreciate gathering all this information to further help on investigating the issues you're experiencing on your B580 Graphics Card.
To further help on the investigation, can you provide the following details below:
- What is the exact make and model of your Arc B580?
- What digital gaming platform did you install Detroit Become Human Demo? Steam, Epic Games, etc.
- Is the game working fine before?
- Did you perform DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) when updating to driver version 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262?
Best regards,

Hello,I am here to answer the questions.
1.Maxsun OC 12GB B580
2.Steam
3.I don't know what's it like before.Because I play Detroit Become Human Demo at first time.
4.Yes,I perform DDU when updating to driver version 32.0.101.6557.I always do in this way.
By the way, driver version 32.0.101.6557 has one question that would cancle the Intel Graphics Software.Only delete Software by myself and then redownload driver version 32.0.101.6557 could make it work again.

Hello Sean2025,
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Through comprehensive testing and replication, we have found that upgrading to the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6972 effectively resolves the issue. We kindly recommend updating your graphics driver to this version.
Before proceeding with the update, please ensure a clean installation by using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove any remnants of the old drivers. This step is crucial for optimal performance.
After completing the update, we would appreciate it if you could share the results with us. If the issue continues, we are more than happy to further investigate.
Best regards,

You're right, similar issues were fixed on the A770, and it's helpful to know the B580 is showing the same flickering. We've flagged this to the team and will look into a fix.
