In order for all supported resolutions to be available, the monitor drivers need to be loaded. Contact the monitor manufacturer in order to obtain the .INF file to install the driver.
Check if you have loaded the latest graphics drivers at:

This bug occurs regardless of the state of the inf file installation of the monitor.
