Stuck video contlos in video players

HI, i have notebook with graphic chipset "mobile intel(r) 4 series expres chipset family". Video controlsI in BS.Player like (contrast, brightness....) don't work they are stuck.

I tried with the last drivers 14.38.7.5090 (6.14.10.5090) but same, the video contrlos are stuck.Can fix this in next driver version ?
