Suddenly freezes??

Hi, I thought I'd ask you for advice on what could be wrong with my Processor: Intel Core i5-13600KF. 3.5GHz, 24MB, LGA 1700
Motherboard:Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX
Memory:Kingston FURY Beast RGB DDR5-6000 C36 DC - 32GB
Graphics controller:Inno3D iChill GEFORCE RTX 3080 X4 LHR
SilverStone PF360-ARGB V2, 360mm AIO liquid cooling solution for processor
SSD:WD Black SN770 SSD 1TB NVMe M.2 Read speed 5150 MB/s
Case:DeepCool Matrexx 70
Power supply:(EVGA 850 BQ -ATX power supply, 850 W)
The machine is on and even when browsing the internet, the whole machine locks up, the screens freeze and the keyboard and mouse do not work at all, do they die completely?. It does not help when forced to start with the power button directly, the machine can sometimes work for hours and sometimes freezes and suddenly freezes??
bios is F13c gigabyte Z790 same problem has been going on for 2 weeks now, what comes to your mind?

For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.


  1. Let me check, you are you reporting for Graphics or the processor?
  2. as it working fine before?
  3. If yes, what was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
  4. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  5. For me to review the hardware and the driver installed, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:

We've tried to fix this bug with Gemini Ai, but it seems to be a problem with the Nvidia drivers..

Nowadays it does so that the machine is running, it just shuts down like that, but then that error message comes in the diagnostic data viewer where I can find what caused that crash or shutdown like that, I have tested the power supply, it is fine, there is no voltage or big jumps, it supplies a steady current, the EVGA 850w graphics card is that inno3d RTX 3080 2x8 pin with an additional power connector, there is no new connector yet, fortunately, which has been a nightmare for many, the processor can withstand stress programs, cinebench runs and the 3080 RTX can withstand it, it does not crash in the test..

Since the issue is with NVIDIA, have you tried to contact them regarding the error?

You may provide all the logs to NVIDIA for them to further investigate.

Hi Mike, yes the machine is working now, today the latest nvidia driver came so tomorrow I will have to try either taking 3 monitors in the setup and raising the Hz up to 60hz up to 200hz. Thanks Mike for your help, have a good day
