Support Ticket Still “New”

Hello and apologies for off topic.
A few days ago i had sent in a ticket to RMA my i7-9700k that died a few days ago. I was wondering if an employee here had the opportunity to initiate it.

In this case, I would like to let you know that your warranty ticket is still open and the team in charge will get in contact with you as soon as possible. 


I also noticed that the warranty team has sent you an email today with more information related to this process. I recommend you keep an eye on your original ticket for updates on this matter. In this case, I will proceed to close this thread to avoid duplication of effort and the support will continue through the internal case.
