Surface Pro 3

It appears that Intel drivers 15.33.30.64.3958 or 15.36.7.64.3960 both installed on Surface Pro 3 over the 3496 driver that is most recent from Microsoft. Most of the newer builds don't however since they are tagged for a specific SUBSYS device ID?

We recommend customers to keep the graphics drivers provided by the system manufacture in your case Microsoft.

So please uninstall the driver completely from device manager, and install the latest graphics driver available according to your post version 3496.
