I am trying to upgrade my BOIS with Alienware_Aurora_R8_1.0.28 and I get a blue screen with a stop code that states system_service_exception and a drive that fails (amifldrv64.sys). This is turning off my overclocking and my graphics are really choppy during game play. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Amifldrv64.sys is a system file by American Megatrends, Inc. for BIOS updates. System_service_exception is a BSOD error that can happen when there is an issue with the system files or drivers. One potential cause of this error is a clash between the BIOS update and the Windows OS, which prevents the amifldrv64.sys driver from loading. The issue occurs when updating the BIOS, so it is better to contact DELL as they are the ones who created the bios for your system.
I have found some forum from the dell website that you can look at for the possible solution: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/alienware/m17-r2-bios-installer-blocked-vulnerable-driver-amifldrv64sys/647fa03ff4ccf8a8de53d3a2

You must consult with the bios provider (Dell). It is their bios, not intels.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
