The Graphics card driver i installed directly from intel website doesn't appear to work

Hi guys please i need help as i am getting frustrated by seeing this  i really don't understand, cuz i have installed the latest graphics drivers from intel and updated my windows but i keep seeing this, no matter how many other driver versions i try, even when i try to play games they get graphics errors and cant start, my pes that loads has some weird coloration to it, please help out if you can

 

my pc details are

Use the driver from the Dell website for your device.
