Hi,
In the last 2 years i started facing video stutter with audio stutter/ gameplay for about 1 sec and then restore normal playing, after checking the windows logs in the event viewer the message "The Intel(R) Graphics System Controller Firmware Interface is being reset" found repeatedly and coinciding with the video and audio stuttering.
GPU: Arc A530M
Bios was checked and found it is latest version.
Tried several intel ARC graphics drivers and currently the latest driver installed "32.0.101.7040"
Clean install of windows 11 with formatting of the SSD.
All the above did not solve the problem.
When i first bought the laptop there were no problems but after same update(windows maybe) the problems appeared in any game.
