hi, i just installed the last of us part2, but the rendering is all wrong. I am using an 11th generation I5 processor, have 24 gbs of Ram, and have Intel Iris xe as intergrated graphics. The game runs on the similar spec integrated graphics amd cards.
I will share an image with this mail so you can see, it is the same that happens in the new Spider-Man 2 video game.
Hope you can fix it, as you did with the The Last of Us part 1 on pc, which I enjoyed too much thanks to my humble setup.
I dont believe the game is too badly optimized because it´s running on handhelds pc (that runs with integrated graphics)
Hope you can answer soon.

And to mention, i can run God of War Ragnarok, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Spiderman Remastered smoothly (for this setting is aprox in the 30fps). My laptop also runs Uncharted 4, and lastly The Last of Us Part 1. Soooo, if you guys can give the low spec faithful iris xe players a hand, we will be forever grateful.

In addition: i have the latest driver for Iris Xe, and i´m fully aware of a pop up message in the launcher saying the my gpu is not supported. I know the minimun specs (
- Processor: Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X
- Memory: 16 GB
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4GB) or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (4GB)
- Storage: 150 GB SSD space
- OS: Windows 10/11 (1909 or higher)
But this doesn´t change the fact that the problem isn´t that, the problem is within the drivers of Iris Xe and the games Nixxes Studios ports from ps4 and ps5, basing this on the fact that similar specs AMD integrated graphics (which are not in the minimum specs too) are running the game, without the rendering black and red screen problem.
For this I ask, if you can see if the DEVS can solve this driver problem so we Iris XE players can enjoy this game. There are many discussions about Spiderman 2 and the same problem on intel forums (please look into it)

I have replayed Spiderman Remastered by three times by now, is well optimized for Iris Xe. Miles Morales still presents bugs (similar to those on Spiderman 2 or Tlou2)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0b13kQpgVs&ab_channel=RoloTEC here is a link on how a similar AMD cpu with INTEGRATED GPU runs the game. So like you did with the last of us part 1, please Intel, fix it.

Hi PepoIRISXEl29,
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're experiencing severe graphics issues while playing The Last of Us Part 2. It seems you're aware of the game's system requirements, and you've mentioned that other games run fine, albeit with a frame rate limited to 30 FPS. The main concern you're highlighting here is the graphics issue with this particular game. To assist you better, I have a few questions and requests for additional information:
Please answer the following questions:
- What is the exact model of your laptop?
- Have you tried using the OEM driver for testing?
- Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
- Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
- Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
For other members experiencing similar issues, please create a separate thread so that a representative can assist you in resolving your specific matter.
Best regards,

You can activate it on accesibility options, but not gonna lie, looks weird (characters are all blue and the rest of the game is grey). buuut in the other hand, proves the game is playable. so the only thing is to wait to the fixed driver to come out.
