The Outlast Trials Freeze after Lupara Update

After the major update ("Project Lupara"), I'm unable to log into the game. When I hit "enter facility," the game hard freezes during the loading screen. This only happens in DX12 mode. DX11 mode works, but with poor performance, stuttering, and graphical glitches.

I have a example (this example uses a lower resolution for testing purposes) glitch with DX11 on below

Before the update, the game ran perfectly on DX12 at 720p resolution with FSR2 enabled.

My System Specs:

• CPU: i5-7200U
• GPU: Intel HD 620 (31.0.101.2128)
• RAM: 16GB Dual Channel
• OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.3880)

You do know that your processor is not supported by Windows 11, correct?

i know, but i get performance gain on win11 and run smoothly meanwhile on Win10 i get stutter while playing War Thunder
