I'm using Laptop NT950QED-KC72g

and while I using UE5 with Iris xe Graphics

I can see "missing supports for advanced rendering feature" error occur

and also I can see this event error411 happens too

also UE shutdowned when I change preview rendering level to sm6 although Intel graphic control center shows that my GPU supports sm6 and dx12

I hope Intel to do something about it

Have you try updating your graphics driver to check if there’s any changes? What is the model of your processor?

Hi @NootX2

Please share the Intel SSU report from your laptop so I can investigate if anything in the setup may be generating the issue. This report does not collect any personal information.

Is the error message occurring after performing any particular action in Unreal Engine 5? If you can provide with exact steps to reproduce the error that would be great.

Best Regards,

Ronald M.

Looking at the SSU I can see you are on an old graphics driver 31.0.101.3616.

Please do a clean driver installing using DDU and then install latest driver 32.0.101.5971.

If the issue continues with this new driver please add a screenshot of the error message and to facilitate reproduction - if possible - upload a sample project that I can import and see the issue.

Best Regards,

Ronald M.

Hi again,

I would like to follow up with you and check the results after doing a clean installation of the latest driver 32.0.101.5972 using DDU.

If the issue persists with this driver please remember to include a screenshot of the error message and steps to facilitate reproduction - if possible - upload a sample project that I can import and see the issue.

Best Regards,

Ronald M.
