As I addressed in subreddit, the problem after updating and PC rebooting is the GPU voltage set to +35mV with 30% accelation and 190w power consumption. Both my A770 and A750 had faced the same issue last night.
Here are more details
1. Typical setting for both GPUs: 30% accelation/ 0mV/225w/Auto fan mode
2. Hardware:
A770LE PC: i7-9700KF CPU with Gigabyte Z390 aorus pro wifi, BIOS version F12 (Rebar enable); RAM 32G, 3200mhz; Window 11 Pro 22H2 build 22621.2070
A750LE PC: i5-12400 CPU with ASUS PRIME B660M-A WIFI D4-CSM, BIOS version 2214; RAM 32G, 3200mhz; Windows 11 Home 22H2 build 22621.2070
3. I had noticed that there were a delay for Arc updating (small black window popped out and disappeared quickly) even the Control center told you it's done, so I usually reboot PC 10 mins later. Then go to Control center to readjust the accelation and power consumption.
4. The driver update went through Arc control center directly without DDU in safe mode.

Hello @Tsubasawolfy
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
1. Did the issue start to occur once you updated to the latest driver 31.0.101.4577? Does this issue wasn’t present on previous drivers?
2. Can you please send us a screenshot of both PCs showing the voltages?
3. What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue?
4. Regarding this issue, we would like to recommend running the Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions. Once you run the tool, you should install the latest driver from Intel BETA driver, 31.101.4578. The DDU tool will eliminate all drivers and leftover files from previous driver versions.
Best regards,
Isaac Q.

Q1. Did the issue start to occur once you updated to the latest driver 31.0.101.4577? Does this issue wasn’t present on previous drivers?
A1: No. This is the first time I have problem with driver update after getting 770LE in early June and 750LE in early July.
Q2. Can you please send us a screenshot of both PCs showing the voltages?
A2: Unfortunately, I set voltage back to 0mV after I saw ppl said this was not right. Because I remember the guy in IntelGraphic channel had said increaing the voltage will shorten the lifespan of GPU, so I just set it back. Or do you mean the information panel inside the control center?
Q3. What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue?
A3. Only set the voltage back since no other problem occured so far.
A4. Will do, Ty.

Hello Isaac,
I received a custom support letter that told me this has been fixed in the Arc Control version 1.73.5335.2 (driver 31.0.101.4826), and would like me to chek it to see any improments. I always used DDU to remove old driver and installed new one ever since this problem happened, and this method went well. So to reproduce this problem and see any changes, I used Arc control to update driver this time but got the same result.
Both computers were updated from driver 31.0.101.4824, and I took sceenshot as record this time. Though the language is tradional chinese, I think you can identify what they mean from their location.
A750, before update
A750, after update and system reboot.
A770, after update and reboot. I did not record A770 beforehand.
One thing I did notice on both computers that the GPU voltage on left panel did not change after I manually reset it from +35mV back to 0mV. So it may be just Arc control shows wrong messages?

This issue should not be seen with the latest version 1.74.5391.3 of Arc Control included in driver 31.0.101.5186. Please install this new version.
