Good night, I have an ultrasound with windows xp. From day to day disappeared the option TV + Monitor in the graphical options of Intel. For this reason, I can not use my video printer to print the scans. Only Netbook and Monitor appears, before there was TV and Monitor. Can anybody help me? Thank you very much.-
EDIT: The video printer is conect to Video Out.

Hello Elias1992,
Thanks for your reply.
In order to continue with the investigation of your concern, could you please confirm the following details:
- I would like to confirm if what you have is a desktop with an Intel board?
- Also, I would like to know to which video out is connected your printer?
- To a video out of your desktop or somewhere else?
- Have you try to connect another device to the same video out, and it has been detected either?

2-The printer is connected to the only video output that has the ultra sound("PC")
4- How i install that driver? , Where do I put the files? I already downloaded the drivers before, but I do not know where to put them.

Hello Elias1992,
After an extensive research, I was able to find a link with the general steps on how to install the driver on Windows XP.
http://acer--uk.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14354/~/manual-installation-of-a-downloaded-driver-in-windows-xp Manual installation of a downloaded driver in Windows XP
Although, in regard to the issue with your printer, if after the installation of the driver the issue persists, my recommendation is to contact directly the manufacturer(OEM) of your printer, in this case Sony.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Angie

The problem is that I do not know that the device uses the video printer, the (Video Out) tab of the ultra sound comes from a PCI card?. When I plug in and unplug the video printer there is no poster, it is as if I did not plug anything in.
