When I rotate the system.(Windows 7)
The screen background will cut/broken.
Is correct behavior?
If it correct.
Do you have a document or document No. for it to prove it is a valid statement?

Based on the information and the video you sent, the behavior shown by the tablet when turning it is seems normal since the system needs to put everything in position in a couple of seconds.
In any case, I recommend you uninstalling the current driver and install the latest driver from our side at the following link:
