The screen happens background cut/broken when rotating platform.

Dear Sir

We have some problem want to ask.

When I rotate the system.(Windows 7)

The screen background will cut/broken.

Is correct behavior?

If it correct.

Do you have a document or document No. for it to prove it is a valid statement?

Sorry to hear you are having problems but let me help you.

Based on the information and the video you sent, the behavior shown by the tablet when turning it is seems normal since the system needs to put everything in position in a couple of seconds.

In any case, I recommend you uninstalling the current driver and install the latest driver from our side at the following link:

It is also important to say that if the issue persists, I recommend contacting the manufacture to confirm with them if the behavior is normal or for them to replace the unit if necessary.
