These don't match up | 4th Generation Intel HD Graphics 4400

These two items don't match up. I have 8gB of DDR4 ram on my laptop and intel hd graphics 4400, yet, it says i only have 128mb dedicated but Intel says I have 1Gb available?

Any tips?
